About Me
I’m Christina, a Bostonian who is extremely passionate about community (and a good plate of food).
I’ve lived in Boston my entire life. I’ve spent summers working at local nonprofits across the city. I’ve volunteered at after-school programs for middle-schoolers and community centers for older adults. I spent my weekends visiting my grandma in Watertown and grocery shopping in Chinatown.
I went to high school in the city, and graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Marketing & Social Justice. I then went on to work for a few years in the nonprofit space and then at a high-growth startup. Now, I’m working as The Camberville Consultant, and I’m really excited to connect with the Boston community to support our local businesses.
Throughout all of the neighborhoods I’ve lived in – Watertown, Brighton, Fenway, and now Somerville – my favorite places remain the local mom and pop stores. I love greeting familiar restaurant owners and eating a plate of homemade food. I love chatting with my hair stylist and catching up with her life. There’s a certain feeling that comes along with these places – a home away from home – that huge corporations just don’t have.
I want to use my background in business operations, marketing, and strategy, along with my deep understanding of Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville’s culture, to help local business owners thrive.
